In this privacy policy we explain how we collect and use your personal information. ‘We’ or ‘I’ means Russ Goddard Design & Illustration t/a russdrawings.com, 36 Vale View, Mossley, Ashton-under-Lyne, Lancs OL5 9GF. We are the data controller for the purposes of the Data Protection Act 2018 and the EU General Data Protection Regulation. You can use the Contact Form on the website to contact us with any questions you may have.
This privacy policy applies to any information acquired by and/or provided to Russ Goddard Drawings including but not limited to:

- Information provided during the course of online orders and bookings
- Information provided through enquiries or by the completion of any request for information
Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site data is collected shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
Contact forms
Cookies
If you leave a comment on the site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

Analytics – Who your data is shared with and how long it is retained
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is to recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), personal information they provide is stored in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

Data Retention
Any personal photographs or data that have been uploaded via the website or email server will be deleted within 2 months of the order being completed. I will retain other minimal data i.e. copies of invoices for tax, anti-fraud and other purposes for as long as I am legally bound to do so from completion of the order.
Images of finished work may be used for example purposes on my website and social media sites and will be kept indefinitely. If for any reason you wish the image not be used or to be removed once posted, please email me at russgoddarddrawings@gmail.com please note removal may take up to 5 working days.
Use of Information
Information held about you may be used in the following ways:
- To contact you to discuss your enquiry/order.
- To notify you about changes to the site, goods and/or services.
- To notify you about special offers or promotions.
- For courier and postal purposes, this may include name, delivery address, email address and telephone number.

Online Payments
Russ Goddard Drawings does not see or record any online payment transactions, this is handled through PayPal.

Bank Transfers
No personal information is recorded using this option as I will supply my bank details to the customer on request via email (russgoddarddrawings@gmail.com) in order for the customer to complete the payment.

I reserve the right, at my discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions from this policy at any time. Your continued use of my site following the posting of any changes to this policy means you accept such changes. However, if at any time in the future I plan to use personal information in a way that differs from what’s outlined in this policy; users will be notified 30 days’ prior.
